Refund Policy

We do everything we can to ensure that each order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible.
By placing an order on our store, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

  1. No refund will be granted before the package has been received.
    Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and sent for shipment and therefore cannot be canceled before delivery.

  2. Refund requests are only accepted if the product has a proven defect.
    To do so, the customer must provide a complete, unedited video of the package opening (unboxing) clearly showing:

  • the condition of the package upon arrival,

  • the complete unpacking of the product,

  • the defect or issue observed.

  1. Any video containing cuts, edits, or interruptions will be considered invalid.

  2. Without this compliant video proof, the refund request may be refused.

  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the package.

  4. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the case is validated.

  5. Return shipping costs, if required, will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is clearly on our part.

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not comply with the above conditions.
