At Mantara Keepsake, every order matters.
1. Order Processing Time
Each blanket is made to order by our logistics partner.
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (except in exceptional cases), starting from the confirmation of your order.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
5 to 15 business days
Note: During periods of high demand, these times may exceptionally extend up to 30 days.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is free.
The applicable delivery options will always be displayed before final confirmation of your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
You can follow your package at every stage of delivery using this number.
If you have not received your package within 30 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
We will open an inquiry with our carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
